Requesting Participation in Programs

To request a program, please provide complete contact information about yourself:

• your name
• phone
• fax
• e-mail address
• street address

Please specify the date, time, and name of the program/s in which you wish to enroll. (Non-residents: When making your request, please also provide the name and location of your hotel or other lodgings in Tokyo. Include a phone and/or fax number within or outside Japan for the two days prior to your scheduled program.)

If telephoning or faxing (phone/fax: 03-5716-5751) a request to A Taste of Culture, please do so between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday Tokyo time. The current time in Tokyo is Monday 08:11 AM.
