Requesting Autographed copies of WASHOKU

If you would like autographed bookplates to be sent to you, please send your request in an e-mail message to Elizabeth Andoh with the following information:

YOUR name and complete mailing address AS IT SHOULD APPEAR ON THE ENVELOPE used to send the bookplates to you. Be sure to include the country and any zip codes. (A phone number, including international area codes, would also be helpful.)

A list of the people to whom you are giving the book; Please write each name, one to a line, EXACTLY AS IT SHOULD APPEAR IN THE INSCRIPTION. (First name? Full name? Nickname? You decide.) If the bookplate is for your own use, please indicate that. And, if you want only an autograph (no other inscription), indicate that, too.

The bookplates are specially ordered peel-and-stick labels, colored to blend with the burnt orange end papers of the book.

I will assume the cost of postage in mailing the labels to you; I can offer to send up to 10 bookplates to a single address (you will need to distribute them to those on your list).
