TERMS & CONDITIONS or ALL PROGRAMS OFFERED BY A TASTE OF CULTURE: Participants visiting Japan, are responsible for making arrangements, and making payment for, their airfare, lodgings, and transportation to/from/within Japan. Participants are also responsible for any travel/trip/health insurance coverage they would like to have.

Program fees do NOT include local transportation within Japan. Any purchases made by participants during programs, or in conjunction with any program, are at the discretion of, and are the sole responsibility of, each participant.

Program fees do NOT include the cost of refreshments, meals, and entry fees to museums and other facilities (when on field trips) UNLESS specifically stated in the course description.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY for ALL PROGRAMS OFFERED BY A TASTE OF CULTURE: No refunds will be made for missed sessions EXCEPT when classes need to be canceled by the instructor. In that (unlikely) event, every effort will be made to re-schedule sessions at a mutually convenient time, but if this is not possible, a full refund will be made promptly for all those sessions canceled by A Taste of Culture.

Please check your schedule carefully before completing registration since A Taste of Culture does not offer refunds or make-up sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, you may have someone substitute for you. Please phone, fax, or e-mail your request to A Taste of Culture at least one day prior to the scheduled class meeting. When making such a request, please provide the full name and contact phone, e-mail and/or fax number of the person who will be taking your place.

LIMITATIONS on LIABILITY or ALL PROGRAMS OFFERED BY A TASTE OF CULTURE: Every possible precaution is taken to ensure your personal safety. However, registration for, and attendance at, all programs, events, and tours is subject to the following condition: A TASTE OF CULTURE's director and employees specifically disclaim, and are released from, all responsibilities for injuries or illness incurred traveling to and from sessions, during sessions, or resulting from food sampled during, prepared at, or according to recipes distributed during, cooking & tasting sessions or field trips.
