A Taste of Culture

Hungry to learn more about Japan?

A TASTE OF CULTURE culinary arts program combines spicy tidbits of food lore with practical tips and skill-building lessons on how to prepare Japanese food. Programs offer a unique opportunity for foreign residents and visitors from overseas to explore and enjoy Japan's culture through its food.

Instruction is in English. Programs are offered in both TOKYO and OSAKA. Cooking classes are conducted in A Taste of Culture's home-style kitchens, fully equipped for teaching traditional Japanese cooking.

A Taste of Culture offers regularly scheduled programs posted to our Calendar page. In addition, we endeavor to accommodate REQUESTS from SMALL GROUPS. Once a program has been scheduled in response to such a group request, it will appear on the Calendar page of this website and remaining spaces in that scheduled program will be open for on-line registration by others. For pricing and registration details, see the AUTUMN PROGRAMS 2008 page.
